Please take a moment to carefully read the following information

 

  • All treatments are client centered-your comfort and well-being is our highest priority.
  • Please be on time for your appointment.
  • Cancellations are appreciated 24 hours in advance. If you provide less than 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill your appointment time, you may be responsible for the fee.
  • If you are late for your appointment, you will receive only the amount of time remaining, if the schedule  does not allow for the full time.  If there is not enough time for a shortened treatment you will have to reschedule your appointment.
  • Clients with a high history of ”no-show” will be asked to pre-pay for their treatment
  • Appointments for 2 or more clients, or services, may be asked to pre-pay.
  • If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms, some treatments may be contraindicated. You may be referred to another appropriate healthcare provider.
  • Gift cards or certificates are transferable but non refundable. Gift Cards expire after one year.
  • We are not responsible for lost or misplaced cards.
  • Products purchased can be returned up to 7 days after purchase and are subject to a 10 % return fee. After 7 days, sales are final.
  • Vitamins and herbal supplements are non refundable
