Bodywork— refers to therapeutic massage, deep tissue manipulation, movement awareness, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, energy balancing, Kyo Jung—physical manipulation and more, all which improve the structure and functions of the human body.

Therapeutic Massage– Treatments that are beneficial for relieving stress, improving circulation, and strengthening the immune system.

Deep Tissue Massage

Will focus on the deepest layers of muscles to release knots and chronic tension. Targets tight and painful areas within the muscles. Through manipulation of isolated pressure and deep muscular stroking, this will alleviate and release pain.

    With Victoria only. Application of Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Visceral Manipulation, Kyo Jung-Physical Manipulation, this combination has become Victoria’s signature bodywork technique. Acupuncture is also part of the treatment.

  • Cupping Therapy (approx 1 hr) … $110
    Suction technique that relieves wind/chill from the body surface, but also pulls out toxic buildup, relieves muscle spasms and draws stagnation from the body’s deeper tissue to the surface of the skin. Simultaneously, cupping will vitalize and restore proper blood flow by pulling fresh blood into blocked areas.

  • Prenatal Massage (approx. 1 hr) … $110
    For expectant mothers, prenatal massage helps to loosen muscles and joints to improve circulation, reduce swelling and relieve fatigue. Body cushions are used to provide proper body alignment during the treatment. After the first trimester you must have clearance from OBGYN.

  • Craniosacral Therapy (approx. 1hr) … $130
    Gentle non-invasive bodywork technique that addresses the cranial bones in the head, brain and spinal column membranes and the body fascial system to release compression in those targeted areas. Indeal for TMJ, Migraine, neck and back pain.

  • Sports Massage (approx. 1 hr) … $120
    Any type of athlete will focus on troublesome areas, ideal while training or preparing for competition just to sooth away soreness.

  • Hot Stone Massage (approx. 1 hr) … $120
    A treatment to melt away tension, increase circulation and metabolic function. Smooth heated stones are placed on key points of the body to promote relaxation.

  • Candling Treatment (approx. 1 hr) … $120
    Ear Candling is the holistic way of treating earaches and other common ear issues. An ear candle is a beeswax or paraffin wax coated cloth that is shaped into a cylinder about 10 in length. The candle is placed as the tip of the ear canal, when the candle begins to burn the heat draws impurities from the ear. The therapeutic treatment will help relieve sinuses and ear from congestion and pain.
